Article 1. Bring in article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of March 19, 2013 "About weapon" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2013, No. 3, Art. 182; 2014, No. 7, h 2, Art. 402) following changes:
- state part 3 in the following edition:
"3.
