About modification and amendments in Regulations on financial provision of officers of information and safety

In the Regulations on financial provision of officers of information and safety approved by the Order of the Government No. 253 of April 20, 2012. "About financial provision of officers of information and safety" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 85-87, 295), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

Item 2 to state 1) in the following edition:

"2. Specific official pay rates for officer and subofficers are established by the director of Service of information and safety:

a) for officers – within fork of the official pay rates specified in appendix No. 1 to this resolution depending on the allocated financial resources;

b) for subofficers which compensation is performed according to the categories of compensation of the Single scale of charges specified in appendix No. 1, – in the sizes provided by appendix No. 2 to this resolution.";

Item 4 to declare 2) invalid;

10) of Item 7 of the word of "the sports organizations of the state security agencies" to exclude 3) in the subitem;

Item 10 to add 4) with two new paragraphs:

"The financial support given to officers of information and safety is recalculated in proportion to worked time in position in reporting year in case of dismissal from service before the termination of accounting year, except as specified dismissals from service for health reasons, in connection with organizational actions, in connection with election for elective office, and also in case of the death of the serviceman. Given financial support will also not be recalculated by provision within year of maternity leave.

For persons employed within year, financial support is calculated in proportion to worked time in position in reporting year.";
