About modification and amendments in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2013 No. 1190

1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for use of the means which are in addition received in case of forced execution of court decrees and other executive documents, approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2013 No. 1190 "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 29, 2013 No. 530" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 15.01. 2014, 5/38284), following changes and amendments:

1.1. state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. This Provision establishes procedure for use of the means which are in addition received in case of forced execution of court decrees and other executive documents.";

1.2. in item 4:

payment of journey of employees of bodies of forced execution to the place of execution by transport of the city, suburban and local message (except for taxi);
