About parallel placement and the circulation of the government treasury bonds of the Kyrgyz Republic with 5-year circulation period

1. Determine that:

- parallel placement and the circulation of the government treasury bonds of the Kyrgyz Republic with 5-year circulation period is performed through National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic and Kyrgyz Stock Exchange private company;

- head depositary of the government treasury bonds of the Kyrgyz Republic with 5-year circulation period is the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- subdepositary, authorized to perform functions on implementation of depository activity of the depositors concerning the transactions with the government treasury bonds of the Kyrgyz Republic with 5-year circulation period performed through Kyrgyz Stock Exchange private company the Central Depositary private company acts.

2. Approve the Schedule of actions for parallel placement and the circulation of the government treasury bonds of the Kyrgyz Republic with 5-year circulation period according to appendix.

3. Recommend to National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
