About the Headquarters on adaptation and rapid response to the risks connected with accession of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Eurasian Economic Union

In view of the new conditions arising for the Kyrgyz Republic in connection with entry into force of the Treaty of Accession of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, considering need of maintenance of process of adaptation of the Kyrgyz Republic to integration conditions with member countries of the Eurasian Economic Union and the operational solution of the questions connected with activities in the conditions of the Eurasian Economic Union according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Form the Headquarters on adaptation and rapid response to the risks connected with accession of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Eurasian Economic Union (further - the Headquarters), in structure according to appendix 1.

2. Approve:

- Regulations on the Headquarters according to appendix 2;

- The plan died on adaptation of the Kyrgyz Republic to conditions of the Eurasian Economic Union (further - the Plan died) according to appendix 3.

3. To the heads of the ministries and departments who are part of the Headquarters:

- determine deputy managers and the structural divisions responsible for execution of this resolution;

- organize phones of "the hot line" on the questions connected with adaptation of the Kyrgyz Republic to integration conditions with member countries of the Eurasian Economic Union.
