About approval of the Concept of development of small hydropower of the Kyrgyz Republic till 2017

For the purpose of creating favorable conditions for development of small hydropower in the republic, and also program implementation on transition of the Kyrgyz Republic to sustainable development for 2013-2017 approved by the resolution of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic of December 18, 2013 No. 3694-V according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the Concept of development of small hydropower of the Kyrgyz Republic till 2017 (further - the Concept) according to appendix.

2. To the Ministry of Energy and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- in a month to approve the Actions plan on implementation of the Concept and to bring in Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- following the results of every half-year, no later than the 20th following the accounting period to submit the report on the course of implementation of the Concept in Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of the industry, fuel and energy complex and subsurface use of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
