About modification of the Section VI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Budget code of Ukraine concerning experiment in the Odessa, Volynsk, Lviv and Chernivtsi regions on financial provision of reconstruction, running repair of highways public of the state value

I. The Section VI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Budget code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, No. 50-51, of the Art. 572) to add with Item 33 following of content:

"33. Determine that the experiment on financial provision of realization of the following measures is entered from September 1, 2015 to January 1, 2017:

in Odessa region - reconstruction of the highway public of the state value Odessa - Rennie (to Bucharest) (M-15);

in the Volynsk and Lviv regions - running repair of the highway public of the state value Lviv - Radekhov - Lutsk (H-17), the site Lviv - the Chip of the highway public of the state value Kiev - PSF (to Budapest through Lviv, Mukachevo, Uzhhorod) (M-06) and the highway public of the state value the Chip - Slavskoye (T-14-24);

in the Chernivtsi region - running repair of the highway public of the state value Stry - Ivano-Frankivsk - Chernivtsi - the Hominy (to Chisinau) (H-10).

For carrying out experiment for realization of the specified measures in special funds of the corresponding regional budgets as exception of Article part two provisions 29, of Article 69-1, of part two of Article 85, of Articles 87 and 91 of this Code, 50 percent of the amount of overfulfillment of total amount of monthly indicative indicators of receipts of the customs payments (duty, the excise tax from the excise goods (products) imported on customs area of Ukraine, the value added tax from the goods (products) imported to customs area of Ukraine) levied in case of customs clearance of goods in the territories according to the Odessa, Volynsk, Lviv and Chernivtsi regions go, according to the procedure, established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
