Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 27, 2014 No. 1563 "About measures for implementation of the Federal Law "About the Federal Budget for 2015 and for Planning Period of 2016 and 2017" (The Russian Federation Code, 2015, No. 1, Art. 316; No. 13, Art. 1941).

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 27, 2014 No. 1563

1. State Item 12 in the following edition:

"12. Adoption after December 1, 2015 of the budget obligations arising from the public contracts (except for public contracts (agreements) signed within implementation of the state defense order) providing condition about execution in 2015 of monetary commitment of the receiver of means of the federal budget on payment of advance payments, payment of the performed works (the rendered services) which completion date exceeds one month is not allowed.".
