About modification and amendments in Regulations on procedure for consideration of the addresses brought into the Constitutional court

with the assistance of the secretary of meeting, Lyudmila Kikhay,

for the purpose of increase in efficiency of the procedure of consideration of addresses, according to provisions of the Law No. 317-XIII of December 13, 1994 on the Constitutional court and the Code of the constitutional jurisdiction No. 502-XIII of June 16, 1995 the Constitutional court DETERMINED:

1. To make the following changes and additions to the Regulations on procedure for consideration of the addresses brought into the Constitutional court, approved by Determination of the Constitutional court No. AG-3 of June 3, 2014:

1) to add Item 35 after the first offer with the new offer:

"Asking opinion according to the address, the Constitutional court can address to public bodies case matters of substance.";

To add 2) after Item 35 with Item 35-1 of the following content:

"35-1. The opinions transmitted to the Constitutional court are brought to the attention of the parties which can submit comments to line item of other participants in time, established by the Constitutional court.";

To add 3) after Item 51 with Item 51-1 and Item 51-2 of the following content:

"51-1. Addresses about interpretation of the Constitution or about making the conclusion according to offers on introduction of amendments to the Constitution are considered at closed meeting, without participation of the parties.

51-2. Announcement of substantive provisions of the resolution on interpretation of the Constitution or conclusion according to the offer on introduction of amendments to the Constitution is made publicly. The parties are informed on date and the place of announcement of substantive provisions.";
