1. Approve the enclosed Instruction about issue of permissions by law-enforcement bodies for departure on permanent residence out of limits of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. To chiefs of the Department of Internal Affairs of Astana, the Municipal Department of Internal Affairs of Almaty, the Municipal Department of Internal Affairs-Department of Internal Affairs of areas, the Municipal Department of Internal Affairs on transport to organize studying of this Instruction by the staff concerning the procedure of issue of permissions for trip abroad to permanent residence and to provide strict execution of its requirements.
3. To impose control of execution of this Order on the vice-Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan police major general Otto I. I. and Management of migratory police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Musayev U. K.).
4. Declare invalid the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 14, 2000 N 335 "About approval of the Instruction about registration of allowing record by law-enforcement bodies on trip abroad".
5. This Order becomes effective from the date of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
