1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 30, 1999 No. 1596 "About measures for accomplishment of Article 3 of the Presidential decree of Ukraine of July 4, 1998 No. 734" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1999, No. 35, Art. 1803; 2000, No. 13, Art. 528; 2001, No. 39, Art. 1762; 2002, No. 15, Art. 814; 2006, No. 7, Art. 368; 2007, No. 57 of Art. 2291; 2008, No. 90, Art. 3005; 2012, No. 7, the Art. 249) and of November 5, 2014 No. 637 "About implementation of social payments to persons which move from temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine and areas of conducting anti-terrorist operation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 95, of Art. 2736; 2015, No. 2, the Art. 28) changes which are applied.
2. To provide to the pension fund of Ukraine within 10 calendar days from the date of entry into force of this resolution (with observance of requirements of the legislation on personal data protection) representation of the list of receivers of pensions to "Government Savings Bank of Ukraine" public joint stock company which move from temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine, areas of conducting anti-terrorist operation and settlements located on the line of contact for the organization of opening of current accounts according to which transactions are performed with use of electronic means of payment.
Such list shall contain data on each person, necessary for opening of current accounts according to the Instruction about procedure for opening, use and closing of accounts in national and foreign currencies, approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of November 12, 2003 No. 492.
