1. These rules of production of examination and the list of persons having the right to make examination (further - Rules) the Chicago conventions (1944) on international civil aviation are drafted according to article 97 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About use of airspace and activities of aircraft of the Republic of Kazakhstan". Rules determine procedure for examination of hand luggage, baggage, loads, mails, catering, crew of the aircraft and personal inspection of passengers on internal and international lines, except for officials of the state by the special list approved by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and also persons using diplomatic immunity. The purpose of examination is safety of flights, protection of life and health of passengers, members of crews, land personnel, the population and means of the airport from acts of illegal intervention.
