About modification and amendments in Regulations on certification of specialists of professional participants of the non-bank financial market approved by the Resolution of the National commission on the financial market No. 44/5 of 18.09.2008.

(1) the Law No. 139-XVI of 21.06.2007 "About savings and loan associations" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, No. 112-116, the Art. 506), with subsequent changes and amendments, Art. 144 of the h. (2) the item c) the Law No. 171 of 11.07.2012 "About the capital market" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, No. 193-197, the Art. 665), with subsequent changes and amendments, the National commission on the DECIDES: financial market

1. In the Regulations on certification of specialists of professional participants of the non-bank financial market approved by the Resolution of the National commission on the financial market No. 44/5 of 18:09. 2008, registered in the Ministry of Justice at No. 648 of 10.02.2009 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, No. 34-36, of the Art. 118), to make the following changes and additions:

in Item 27 of the word "2 astronomical hours" shall be replaced with words "4 astronomical hours";

after Item 48 to add with Item 48-1 of the following content:

"48-1. Qualification certificates in the field of securities can be suspended or withdrawn by the solution of NKFR owing to identification of violations in the capital market, according to Art. 144 of the h. (2) the item c) the Law No. 171 of 11.07.2012 "About the capital market".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
