Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of the direction of funds of the federal budget for payment of the expenses connected with treatment of citizens of the Russian Federation outside the territory of the Russian Federation, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 15, 2008 No. 72 "About procedure for the direction of funds of the federal budget for payment of the expenses connected with treatment of citizens of the Russian Federation outside the territory of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, No. 8, Art. 732; No. 39, Art. 4449; 2009, No. 46, Art. 5502; 2010, No. 1, Art. 106; 2011, No. 2, Art. 333; 2012, No. 37, Art. 5002).
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2014.
