Bring in the Procedure for carrying out competitive selection of heads of subjects of managing of public sector of economy approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 3, 2008 No. 777 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 68, Art. 2266; 2015, Art. No. 15 383, No. 52, the Art. 1669, No. 59, the Art. 1945, No. 62, the Art. 2034), change which is applied.

The change made to the Procedure for carrying out competitive selection of heads of subjects of managing of public sector of economy

"25. To position of the director having strategic importance for economy and safety of the state and which asset cost according to the last financial reporting or the annual size of net income of which exceeds 200 million hryvnias or offers on approval of candidate for the applicant for position of the head of the company, especially important for economy, are attached to idea of approval of candidate:

1) the draft decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine about approval of candidate which is vised by the head of the subject of management;

2) minutes of the commission and/or committee to destination;

3) the curriculum vitae with the color photo which makes sure the signature of the head of personnel service of the subject of management, under seal

4) consent to processing of personal data;

5) the copies certified by the signature of the head of personnel service of the subject of management, under seal:

statements of the candidate for acceptance to position;
