Bring in the Procedure for appointment and payment of the government public assistance to needy families approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 24, 2003 No. 250 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2003., No. 9, Art. 394, No. 51, Art. 2691; 2006, No. 4, Art. 171; 2009, No. 19, Art. 598; 2011, No. 12, Art. 516, No. 51, Art. 2032, No. 89, Art. 3232; 2012, No. 7, Art. 249; 2014, No. 13, the Art. 396), changes which are applied.

The changes made to the Procedure for appointment and payment of the government public assistance to needy families

1. In Item 10:

The paragraph the fifth to exclude 1);

2) in paragraph six the second offer to exclude.

2. Add Item 16 with paragraphs of the following content:

"The extent of the public assistance since April 1, 2015 increases by each child aged up to 13 years for 250 hryvnias, and on each child aged from 13 up to 18 years - for 500 hryvnias.

The maximum extent of the public assistance taking into account increase in its size at each child who is part of needy family cannot be more subsistence minimum for family.".
