About modification of the Approval procedure of construction projects and conducting their examination

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Approval procedure of construction projects and conducting their examination approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 11, 2011 No. 560 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011., No. 41, Art. 1674; 2012, No. 50, Art. 1973, No. 83, Art. 3360; 2013, No. 83, the Art. 3083), changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, but not earlier than day of entry into force of the Law of Ukraine of April 9, 2015 No. 320-VIII "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine on decentralization of powers in the field of architectural construction supervision and enhancement of the town-planning legislation".

The changes made to the Approval procedure of construction projects and conducting their examination

1. In item 4:

Second and third words and figures "the cost of 100 million hryvnias and more" shall be replaced with words 1) in paragraphs also in figures "the cost of 400 million hryvnias and more";

In paragraph four of the word and figures "the cost from 30 to 100 million hryvnias" shall be replaced with words 2) also in figures "the cost from 120 to 400 million hryvnias";

In paragraph five of the word "worth up to 30 million hryvnias" shall be replaced with words 3) also in figures "worth up to 120 million hryvnias";
