According to Item 13 of the Regulations on procedure for appointment and provision to the population of subsidies for expense recovery for payment of housing and communal services, acquisition of the liquefied gas, the solid and liquid oven household fuel approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 21, 1995 No. 848 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 22, 1997 of 1050), we ORDER:

1. Bring in the Procedure for provision by the Public fiscal service of Ukraine for information from the State register of physical persons - taxpayers about the income of the physical persons who addressed for purpose of housing subsidies, No. 431/447, approved by the order of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of April 20, 2015 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 30, 2015 for No. 485/26930, the following changes:

in the first offer of Item 1 of Chapter 1 of the Section III of the word "but is not more often than once a day" to exclude;

add the paragraph of the seventh of Item 2 of Chapter 2 of the Section III after the words "implementation of entrepreneurial" with the words "or implementation of independent professional".

2. To provide to department of the government public assistance of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine (Muzychenko V. V.) submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on deputy ministers according to distribution of obligations.
