About modification and amendments in some regulations of the National commission on the financial market

Based on Art. 7 of the h. (3), Art. 12 of the h. (1), Art. 35 of the h. (2) and Art. 55 of the h. (4) the Law No. 139-XVI of 21.06.2007 "About savings and loan associations" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, No. 112-116, the Art. 506) the National commission on the DECIDES: financial market

1. In the Regulations on requirements to administrators of savings and loan associations approved by the Resolution of the National commission on the financial market No. 63/6 from 25.12.2007, registered in the Ministry of Justice at No. 554 of 18.02.2008 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 37-39, of the Art. 90), to make the following changes and additions:

1) In subsection and) subitem 4.2 of item 4 of the word "or the member of credit committee (in the presence of that)" to exclude.

2) In Item 6 after subsection b) to add with the subsection b-1) of the following content:

"b-1) members of credit committee;".

To add 3) After Item 20 with Item 20-1 of the following content:

"20-1. The chief executive of association can be the member of council of the central association if is member of association which manages.".
