About modification and amendments in some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – In the Law on environmental protection No. 1515-XII of June 16, 1993 (Monitor of Parliament of the Republic of Moldova, 1993, No. 10, of the Art. 283), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and addition:

1. Item b) Article 16 to state in the following edition:

"b) participates in work of the commissions on final acceptance of objects, stipulated in Article 23, irrespective of sources of their financing, and subjects to production, administrative, residential and other assignment financed from state or local budgets;".

2. Part (Article 22 to state 1) in the following edition:

"(1) Examination of the planned and project documentation on programs and projects, the stipulated in Article 23 presents of the law, is performed in time, specified in article 21 of the Law on environmental assessment No. 851-XIII of May 29, 1996.".

3. In Article 23:

in part (1):

Item b) to state in the following edition:

"b) the planned activities in sense of the Law on environmental impact assessment No. 86 of May 29, 2014;";

Item j) to declare invalid;

in part (2) words "subitems and) – j)" shall be replaced with words "subitems and) – i)".

4. Item l) Article 28 to state in the following edition:

"l) participates in work of the commissions on final acceptance of objects, stipulated in Article 23, irrespective of sources of their financing, and subjects to production, administrative, residential and other assignment financed from state or local budgets;".

5. Add the law with Article 36-1 of the following content:

"Art. 36-1. – At development stage of the town-planning certificate for designing territorial subdivisions of the State ecological inspection within five working days issue on system of single window to executive bodies of local public authority the conclusion on provision of the parcels of land for placement, designings of objects as a result of participation in work of the commissions on the choice of sites.".
