1. Approve the Procedure for information exchange between the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming and information system of the National commission on securities and the stock market, exchange of documents electronically which is applied.
2. Determine that before introduction of exchange of documents electronically according to Procedure for information exchange between the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming and information system of the National commission on securities and the stock market, the exchange of documents electronically approved by this order, such exchange will happen in paper form.
