About modification and amendments in some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – In the Law on National Bank of Moldova No. 548-XIII of July 21, 1995 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1995, Art. No. 56-57, 624), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:

1. In Article 2 in the concept "basic rate" of the word "Administrative board" shall be replaced with words "Executive committee".

2. Item b) Article 3 to add with the words "and ensuring the activities;".

3. In part (1) Article 5:
