About modification and amendments in the Order of the Government No. 288 of May 4, 2012.

The government DECIDES:

In the Order of the Government No. 288 of May 4, 2012. "About creation of National council on coordination of actions according to the prevention and fight against organized crime and modification of some orders of the Government" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 88-91, 327), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:

1) paragraph two of Item 2 and Item 3 of the resolution to recognize invalid;

Appendix No. 1 to declare 2) invalid;

3) appendix No. 2:

add item 4 with three subitems of the following content:

"o) Minister of Finance;

p) chief of the General inspectorate of police;

q) head of the department of boundary police";

in Item 8 of the word of "Organized Crime Control Department of department of police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs" shall be replaced with words "Head department of the analysis, monitoring and assessment the politician of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.";

in Item 11 to replace the word "quarter" with the word "half-year".
