About modification of the "Provision on fund of the help to the victims of human trafficking" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of January 12, 2006 No. 8

Make the following changes to the "Provision on fund of the help to the victims of human trafficking" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of January 12, 2006 No. 8 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2006, No. 1, Article 39):

1. give subitem 5.5.4 in the following edition:

"5.5.4. the amount and purpose of the spent means;".

2. Add with subitem 5.5.5 of the following content:

"5.5.5. date of the address.".

3. give subitem 5.6.3 in the following edition:

"5.6.3. the amount and purpose of the means which are coming for payment;".

4. Add with Item 6.5 of the following content:

"6.5. The chairman Fonda signs and repeals agreements on provision of legal aid on the cases provided by subitems 3.1.1 and 6.3.6 of this provision.".
