About entering of amendments and changes into some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic

Article 1. Bring in part I of the Civil code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1996, No. 6, the Art. 80) the following amendments and change:

in Article 131:

add Item with the subitem 6 of the following content:

"6) education and response of the Board of directors of society.";

Article 2. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About economic partnerships and societies" of November 15, 1996 No. 60 the following change and amendments:

1. State Article 40 in the following edition:

"Article 40. Management of limited liability company

1. The supreme body of limited liability company is general meeting of his participants.

2. According to the decision of general meeting of participants in limited liability company the Board of directors can be created. The procedure for education and activities of the Board of directors, its competence, and also procedure for appointment of board members and the termination of their powers, including competence of the chairman of the board of directors of society, are determined by this Law and the charter of society.
