About modification and amendments in the Civil code of the Kyrgyz Republic

Article 1. Bring in part I of the Civil code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1996, No. 6, the Art. 80) the following change and amendment:
in Article 221:
to consider paragraph two of Item 6 Item 7;
add Article with Item 8 of the following content:
"8) on requirements about illegality of privatization of the buildings, constructions, the parcels of land and other social facilities (educational institutions, hospitals, child care educational preschool institutions) which were in the state-owned or municipal property and also about the return or indemnification connected with their illegal privatization for benefit of the republican or local budget.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
