Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About law-enforcement bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1994, No. 3, the Art. 76) the following amendments and changes:

be fair, vigilant employee, show respect for the personality, keep the state and official secret;

it is fair to fulfill office duty and obligations assigned to me;

serve where it is necessary for the benefit of service.
