1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 29, 2014 No. 1145 "About approval of Rules of voluntary paid surrender of fire acormose, gas weapon with possibility of firing by cartridges of traumatic action by the physical persons having the corresponding permission of law-enforcement bodies to storage and carrying weapon" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2014, Art. No. 66 612) the following amendments:

Rules of voluntary paid surrender of fire acormose, gas weapon with possibility of firing by cartridges of traumatic action by the physical persons having the corresponding permission of law-enforcement bodies to storage and the carrying weapon approved by the specified resolution:

"25. In case of voluntary surrender by physical person of the registered weapon which name is not provided in appendix 3 to these rules by the commission establishes the amounts of remuneration on average cost of the models of the same name of weapon approved by the specified appendix.
