1. Approve the enclosed Rules of the direction by tax authority in judicial authority of the certificate of the taxpayer for issue to his registered legal entity, branch and representation.
2. To management of tax administration of the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Kipshakov A. M.) direct this order to state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman of the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan Chekayeva E. A. and first heads of tax authorities.
4. This order becomes effective on September 20, 2004.
