About establishment of procedure for attraction of the socially useful works which are administratively arrested to accomplishment

In pursuance of the paragraph of the fifth subitem 16.2 of Item 16 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of April 2, 2015 "About the prevention of social dependency" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 3

1. Determine that:

1.1. attraction to accomplishment of socially useful works of persons leaving administrative punishment in the form of administrative detention (further - administratively arrested), is performed based on requests of the organizations of republican or utility pattern of ownership which possess the objects included in lists of objects and types of socially useful works for administratively arrested, approved by decisions of local executive and administrative organs (further - the organizations);

1.2. the requests specified in subitem 1.1 of this Item are represented by the organizations to the territorial authorities of internal affairs having the center of isolation of offenders or temporary detention center in structure (further - the place of serving of administrative detention), not later than days prior to accomplishment of socially useful works.

In the request objects on which socially useful works, types of socially useful works and duration of their accomplishment, necessary number of administratively arrested will be performed are specified;

1.3. the daily duration of attraction of the socially useful works which are administratively arrested to accomplishment shall not exceed 8 hours, and week duration - 40 hours.

Administratively arrested during time of accomplishment of socially useful works the break for rest and food lasting at least 20 minutes and no more than one hours is provided. Break time for rest and food does not join in duration of accomplishment of socially useful works;

1.4. accomplishment duration administratively arrested socially useful works is considered by the organization;
