About modification of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About bodies of homeland security of the Kyrgyz Republic"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About bodies of homeland security of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1994, No. 3, the Art. 78) the following change:

to state part 3 of Article 23 in the following edition:

"For the purpose of the solution of social problems, development of material and technical resources of bodies of homeland security, financial incentive of employees (including persons performing assistance of homeland security to bodies), improvements of conditions of their life are used also the means arriving without fail on budget accounts of bodies of homeland security from the republican budget in the amount of 25 percent from the amounts of the indemnified loss to the state based on decisions of the courts or resolutions of investigators including from sales amounts of objects of smuggling (tools of making or objects of the offenses/crimes) turned into property of the state on criminal cases and cases on administrative offenses.".

Article 2. To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.

Article 3. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
