Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About introduction of the moratorium on transfer (transformation) of the irrigated lands of ploughland in other categories of lands and types of grounds" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2009, No. 7, the Art. 767) the following amendment:
2 Articles 1 after words of "outposts", and "production facilities" to add part respectively with words "small and" and "and high-voltage electric lines from 110 kV to 500 kV, substations from 110 kV to 500 kV, gas pipes and their constructions".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
