1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for provision (placement) of money by banks in the form of the credit and their return approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2003 No. 226 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2004, No. 19, 8/10459; 2007, No. 27, 8/15741; 2008, No. 31, 8/17857; 2009, No. 174, 8/21236; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 24.08. 2012, 8/26299; 22:01. 2013, 8/26813), following changes and amendments:
1.1. in the text of the Instruction of the word "current (settlement) account" shall be replaced with words "the current (settlement) bank account" in the corresponding case and number;
1.2. in Item 2:
in paragraph three of the word "or physical person) credit agreement" shall be replaced with words "or physical person, including the individual entrepreneur) the credit agreement in writing, including by means of use of systems of remote bank servicing";
