In Rules of transfer of children on adoption (adoption) and control of conditions of their life and education in families of the adoptive parents in the territory of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 29, 2000 No. 275 "About approval of Rules of transfer of children on adoption (adoption) and control of conditions of their life and education in families of adoptive parents in the territory of the Russian Federation and Rules of registration by consular establishments of the Russian Federation of the children who are citizens of the Russian Federation and adopted by foreign citizens or stateless persons" (The Russian Federation Code, 2000, No. 15, Art. 1590; 2002, No. 15, Art. 1434; 2005, No. 11, Art. 950; 2006, No. 16, Art. 1748; 2012, No. 19, Art. 2416; No. 21, Art. 2644; No. 37, Art. 5002; 2013, No. 7, Art. 661; No. 28, Art. 3829; 2014, No. 7, Art. 687):
a) state Item 3 in the following edition:
"3. Full age persons of both sexes, except for persons specified in Item 1 of article 127 of the Family code of the Russian Federation can be adoptive parents.
Persons who are not married among themselves cannot adopt the same child jointly.
In case of decision about adoption of the child the court has the right to depart from the provisions established by subitems 7 and 12 of Item 1 of article 127 of the Family code of the Russian Federation taking into account interests of the adopted child and the circumstances deserving attention.
