About introduction of amendments and changes in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About batches"

Article 1. In article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia ZR-410 of July 3, 2002 "About batches" (further – the Law):

a) in the first and second offers of part 1 shall be replaced with words the word "batch" "the batch at the time of state registration",

b) add part 1.1 following of content:

"1.1. No later than six months later after state registration the batch have at least 2000 members, at the same time, in each region of the Republic of Armenia at least 100 members and territorial departments in all regions of the Republic of Armenia, including the city of Yerevan on what the state authorized body is in writing notified.".

Article 2. In article 14 of the Law:

1) to remove the words "and Constitutions" from part 1,

2) to remove the words "Constitutions and (or)" from part 2.

Article 3. In article 31 of the Law:

a) add part 2 with item 4 of the following content:

"4) if the state authorized body was not notified on execution of requirements of part 1.1 of article 5 of this Law.",

b) state part 4 in the following edition:

"4. In the case established by part of 1 this Law, the property which remained after liquidation of batch according to the decision of congress can be transferred in the case provided by the charter to the public organization registered in the Republic of Armenia or fund or the Republic of Armenia.

After liquidation of batch judicially the remained property is transferred to the Republic of Armenia.".

Article 4. To add article 33 of the Law with part 1.1 following of content:

"1.1. Extends to the batches registered before entry into force of this Law, item 4 of article 31 of this law in six months after entry into force of this Law during which these batches shall bring into accord territorial scope and number of party members to requirements of this Law, having notified on it or on lack of need for it, the state authorized body.".
