About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About batches"

Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on February 9, 2012

Article 1. "About batches" (further - the law) to state article 23 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia to ZR-410 of July 3, 2002 in the following edition:

"Article 23. Property of batch

1. The property of batch is created:

1) due to single payments for party joining (fee for the introduction), periodically made payments in the established size (membership fees) if they are established by the party charter,

2) at the expense of donations, stipulated in Article 25,

3) due to budget financing, the stipulated in Article 27 these Laws,

4) at the expense of the sources which are not prohibited by the law.

2. The party member has no right to property on the relation of the property or its part belonging to batch. The donation of party property is forbidden.

3. The batch does not carry responsibility for obligations of the members, and the party member does not carry responsibility for obligations of batch.".

Article 2. Recognize article 24 of this Law invalid.

Article 3. To state article 25 of this Law in the following edition:

"Article 25. The donations made to batches

1. Batches have the right to donation from physical persons and legal entities in the form of property, including, the money, except as specified, provided by part 3 of this Article.

2. The general size of the donation made batches, and the works and services which are also performed for batch (further – donation) in year in cash equivalent cannot exceed the millionnokratny size, the minimum wage established by the law, including:

1) from one trade organization – in ten-thousandfold size of the established minimum wage,

2) from one uncommercial organization – in thousandfold size of the established minimum wage,

3) from one physical person – in ten-thousandfold size of the established minimum wage,
