About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About batches"

Article 1. In article 28.1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia ZR-410 of July 3, 2002 "About batches":

Part 1 to add 1) with the new paragraph of the following content:

"Those batches which have exceeding of asset cost the ten-thousandfold size of the minimum wage established by the law it was caused by the cost of personal and real estate, available for accounting year, and the batch provided to authorized body audit opinion already once, in the next accounting years are exempted from obligation to represent audit opinion if in comparison with the previous accounting year in balance as regards personal and real estate there were no changes. In case of changes in balance of batch as regards personal and real estate, the batch shall submit the report according to the procedure established by this Law together with audit opinion if the amount of all transactions performed for accounting year exceeded the ten-thousandfold size of the minimum wage established by the law."

2) to add part 2 with the words "if financing from the government budget for accounting year exceeded the three-thousandfold size of the minimum wage established by the law ".

Article 2. This Law vsutpat in force next day after official publication.
