About modification and amendments in the Procedure Code about administrative offenses of the Republic of Tajikistan

Article 1. Bring in the Procedure Code about administrative offenses of the Republic of Tajikistan" of July 22, 2013 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2013, No. 7, Art. 502; 2014, No. 3, Art. 145; No. 7, h 1, Art. 391; No. 11, Art. 644) following changes and amendments:

1. In Article 93:

- regarding 1 figure "540-543, 545, 549, 550, 555-558," to replace with figures "540, 541, 554(1),";

- to add part 3 after words of "the tax sphere" with the words "and in the field of the antitrust law".

2. In Article 128:

- regarding 1 figure "546-548, 551-554" to replace 544, with figures "542-554, 555-558";

- after the words "Tajikistan" and "its structures" respectively to add part 2 with the words "and his deputies" and "and their deputies".

Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
