About modification and amendments in the Procedure Code about administrative offenses of the Republic of Tajikistan

Article 1. Bring in the Procedure Code about administrative offenses of the Republic of Tajikistan of July 22, 2013 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2013, No. 7, Art. 502; 2014, No. 3, Art. 145; No. 7, h 1, Art. 391; No. 11, Art. 644; The Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of March 18, 2015, No. 1180) the following changes and amendment:

1. In Article 94:
