Article 1. Part 2 of article 123 of the Procedure Code about administrative offenses of the Republic of Tajikistan of July 22, 2013 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2013, No. 7, Art. 502; 2014, No. 3, Art. 145; No. 7, h 1, Art. 391; No. 11, Art. 644; The Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of March 18, 2015, 1180) to state No. in the following edition:
