About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About natural monopolies in the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2011, No. 7, the Art. 1052) the following changes and amendments:

1. In Article 3:

"the sphere of natural monopolies - the sphere of the goods circulation (works, services) carried by this Law to natural monopoly in which the consumer can acquire goods (work, service) subjects of natural monopolies;";

"the income - inflow, growth of assets (money, other property) or reduction of obligations, involving increase in equity of the subject of natural monopoly, except for deposits of participants;".

2. To state Item 6 of Article 4 in the following edition:

"6) decrease in barriers of access to the markets of services, including by ensuring access to the services relating to the sphere of natural monopolies;".

3. To state part 4 of Article 18 in the following edition:

"4. In case of non-execution by subjects of natural monopolies of instructions about transfer in the republican budget of income gained as a result of violation of this Law, authorized body has the right to make the recovery suit of this income in court.".

Article 2. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the competition" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2011, No. 7, the Art. 1019) the following amendments and changes:
