1. Approve Changes in some orders of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine concerning bankruptcy concerning activities of territorial authorities of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine which are applied.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of September 15, 2011 No. 3021/5 "About approval of the Procedure for consideration of the questions connected with approval of candidates for holding the posts of chiefs of managements (the departments managing sectors) of head departments of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol providing realization of powers in the field of bankruptcy", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 20, 2011 for No. 1111/19849.
3. To department concerning bankruptcy () submit G. I. Tregub this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Yanchuk A. V.
