About modification and amendments in the Labor code of the Kyrgyz Republic

Article 1. Bring in the Labor code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2006, No. 4, the Art. 392) the following changes and amendments:
1. In all text of the Code in state language the word "ozaldynch" shall be replaced with words "оз aldynch".
2. In all text of the Code:
words State Labour Inspection, State Labour Inspection, "body of State Labour Inspection" and "body of State Labour Inspection" in different case and numerical forms shall be replaced with words "authorized state body in the field of supervision and control of observance of the labor law" in the corresponding cases and numbers;
the words "authorized state body in the field of inspection of work" in different case forms shall be replaced with words "authorized state body in the field of supervision and control of observance of the labor law" in the corresponding cases;
to replace the words "State Inspector of Work" and "state inspector of work" in different case and numerical forms respectively with the words "The State Inspector in the Field of Supervision and Control of Observance of the Labor Law" and "the state inspector in the field of supervision and control of observance of the labor law" in the corresponding cases and numbers.
3. Regarding 1 Article 3 of the word" (including the legislation on labor protection)" to exclude.
