Article 2. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About prosecutor's office of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2009, No. 7, the Art. 734) the following amendment:
to add Item 8 of part 3 of article 45 after the word "provisions" with the words "and states of health".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective after 10 days from the date of official publication.
