Bring in the Procedure for application of the digital signature by public authorities, local government bodies, companies, organizations and organizations of the state pattern of ownership approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 28, 2004 No. 1452 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2004, No. 44, Art. 2894; 2006, No. 50, Art. 3324; 2010, No. 2, Art. 67, No. 58, Art. 2025; 2011, No. 80, the Art. 2939), changes which are applied.

The changes made to the Procedure for application of the digital signature by public authorities, local government bodies, companies, organizations and organizations of the state pattern of ownership

1. "The certificate of conformity or positive" to add Item 2 after words with the word "expert".

2. State Items 3 and 5 in the following edition:

"3. The organization applies the digital signature which is based on the strengthened certificate of open key to transactions.";

"5. The organization receives on a contract basis the services connected with the digital signature from the accredited centers of certification of keys. If generation of personal and open keys is performed by signer directly in organization, certification of action of open key can be performed only in one accredited center of certification of keys.".
