About enforcement of the Air code of the Kyrgyz Republic

Enact the Air code of the Kyrgyz Republic from the date of entry into force of this Law.
Provisions of the Air code of the Kyrgyz Republic are applied to the legal relationship which arose after its introduction in action.
Certification and issue of the relevant documents in the field of civil aviation of the Kyrgyz Republic are regulated by the Air code of the Kyrgyz Republic and other regulatory legal acts regulating the field of civil aviation of the Kyrgyz Republic. Other laws and regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic are subject to reduction in compliance with the Air code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
With enforcement of the Air code to recognize invalid the following regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic:
