1. Approve the enclosed Regulations of the Ministry of Energy and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. To all structural and subordinated divisions of the ministry to accept these Regulations to management.
3. To personnel department, clerical work and special work to bring this order to the attention of structural and subordinated divisions of the Ministry of Energy and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic.
4. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Energy and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Regulations of the Ministry of Energy and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic" of August 2, 2013 No. 120.
5. To impose control of execution of this order on the secretary of state B. Bayetov.
