For the purpose of ensuring application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About telecommunications" in connection with the introduction of the specified Law in force I decide:

1. Charge to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic in two-month time:

1.1. prepare and provide to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic offers on reduction of the existing legal acts to compliance with the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About telecommunications";

1.2. bring regulatory legal acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic and the relevant central executive bodies into compliance with the specified Law and inform on it the President of the Azerbaijan Republic;

1.3. prepare and provide to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic the draft of the legal act establishing types of responsibility for violation of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About telecommunications";

1.4. prepare and provide to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic offers about stipulated in Article 3.1.10 specified the Law measures for the purpose of department of function of state regulation from economic functions in the field of telecommunication;

1.5. establish the stipulated in Article 9.6 rules of certification specified the Law in the field of telecommunication activities and to inform on it the President of the Azerbaijan Republic;

1.6. determine the rules on allocation, registration, use and payment of radio frequencies provided in Item 13.6 of the specified Law and to report on it on the President of the Azerbaijan Republic;
