For the purpose of ensuring application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About personal data" in connection with the introduction of the specified Law in force I decide:
1. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic in two-month time:
1.1. prepare and provide to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic the offers connected with reduction of the existing legal acts of the Azerbaijan Republic in compliance with the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About personal data";
1.2. provide reduction of regulatory legal acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic and the relevant central executive bodies in compliance with the specified Law and inform on it the President of the Azerbaijan Republic;
1.3. establish requirements for personal data protection, the stipulated in Article 5.9 Laws of the Azerbaijan Republic "About personal data" and inform on it the President of the Azerbaijan Republic;
1.4. approve the rules of state registration and cancellation of state registration of personal data of information systems provided by the second offer of article 15.1 of the specified Law and to inform on it the President of the Azerbaijan Republic;
1.5. prepare and provide to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic the draft of rules of maintaining the state register of information systems of personal data, stipulated in Article 16.2 specified the Law;
