Bring in the order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 12, 2015 No. 78 "About approval of Regulations of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 10342, published in information system of law of Ad_let of March 6, 2015) the following changes and amendment:
in the Regulations of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified order:

"81. The structural division which developed the project sends it for approval in the relevant structural divisions of the Ministry.
The developed project of regulatory legal act is also approved with Department of examination of projects on economic integration.
The term of consideration of the Ministry of projects by structural divisions constitutes no more than 10 working days. Terms of consideration can be reduced according to orders of Presidential Administration, Prime minister's department of the Republic of Kazakhstan and management of the Ministry.
